How to Prepare for a Football Game

Preparing yourself for a football game can definitely help you do your best on the field. Even if your team doesn't win, it's still good to say you tried your best.

Steps

1. Get rest. Getting rest will ensure you have enough energy for the game
tomorrow.
2. Eat healthy. You'll definitely feel and run better if you're running off of
healthy foods, rather than unhealthy foods. You will tire out less and have
more endurance.
3. Stretch before game. Stretching reduces the risk of injury during the game.
4. Warm up before the game. Warming up before the game will definitely help you run
your best when you're actually on the field. Jog (don't sprint) a couple of laps
around the house, or jog in place.
